Enabling Mini I/O All General Extension RC7

Overview

The mini I/O allocation needs to change when you add another I/O board or if you are using ORiN. When changing the mini I/O allocation to all general you are able to use most of the system I/O as user I/O.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1 Press “Cancel” button until you have reached the top screen as shown.
Step 2 Turn the teach pendant key so it is in the “Manual Position”
Step 3 While on the top screen “main screen” press the “F6” or “SET” button
Step 4 Press the “F7” or “Options.” button
Step 5 Press the “F8” or “Extension” button
Step 6 Press the “Input ID” button
Step 7 Insert the code “6319” from the keypad and press “OK”
Step 8 This screen should pop up, and then you click “OK” on the popup
Step 9 Select the new option that should be showing now “Mini I/O All general” and press “OK”
Step 10 Press “Cancel” until you reach the top screen again Enabling of the Mini I/O All General Extension complete
