The mini I/O allocation needs to change when you add another I/O board or if you are using ORiN. When changing the mini I/O allocation to all general you are able to use most of the system I/O as user I/O.
Step by Step Guide
Press “Cancel” button until you have reached the top screen as shown.
Turn the teach pendant key so it is in the “Manual Position”
While on the top screen “main screen” press the “F6” or “SET” button
Press the “F7” or “Options.” button
Press the “F8” or “Extension” button
Press the “Input ID” button
Insert the code “6319” from the keypad and press “OK”
This screen should pop up, and then you click “OK” on the popup
Select the new option that should be showing now “Mini I/O All general” and press “OK”
Press “Cancel” until you reach the top screen again
