6441 - J1 encoder counter error
6442 - J2 encoder counter error
6443 - J3 encoder counter error
6444 - J4 encoder counter error
6445 - J5 encoder counter error
6446 - J6 encoder counter error
6447 - J7 encoder counter error
6448 - J8 encoder counter error
Error Description:
Failed to count the motor rpm correctly due to encoder failure.
Possible Remedy:
If liquid is inside the motor encoder, the motor must be replaced. (oil, cutting fluid, water, etc.)
If noise is affecting the encoder, reduce or remove the noise. (welder, high voltage lines, etc.)
