When do Arm and Controller RANG Values need to Match?

Every DENSO robot has a sticker that lists one RANG value per axis.  These RANG values (Ready Angles) assist with robot calibration and repeatability.  You will encounter RANG values when you perform the specific CALSET procedure for your respective arm.

You will always want the RANG values listed on your robot arm to match the RANG values listed in the robot controller.  After ensuring the value sets match, always perform a CALSET to achieve the rated repeatability of your robot.
